Composed of several layers of nonwoven material, KLAP Type IIR surgical masks – radiology – are produced in France, and combine filtration, breathability, safety, and comfort. They comply with the requirements of the NF EN 14683 standard. Their design guarantees effective protection in the wearer’s environment against liquid and solid aerosols up to 3 microns in size. Type IIR masks – radiology – are also resistant to projected liquids. These single-use type IIR masks without nose plugs are perfectly suited for medical procedures such as radiology and scanning.

ADVICE FOR USE :
The type IIR Radiology surgical mask can be worn for a maximum of 4 hours continuously. It is however necessary to change it as soon as it becomes wet, which alters its performance. To guarantee its effectiveness, the user must wash his hands before handling it and not touch it once it has been adjusted.
